All deposits will be recorded and entered into ‘My deposits’ scheme. A Tenancy deposit protection law introduced on 2007 to safeguard tenants to recover their deposit from their landlord or letting agent at the end of the tenancy, less any amount that the landlord/agent is entitled to withhold.
